1、 Product Introduction: This instrument is a new generation of test tube thermostat developed on the basis of the original constant temperature water tank. The instrument has 6 test tube holes. Suitable for using 6 reaction tubes, the heating block of the instrument is made of high-density aluminum alloy extruded, which has the characteristics of large heat capacity, low thermal resistance, and uniform heating. Adopting intelligent digital temperature display, it can be set freely, automatically maintain a constant temperature, and is easy to use. The temperature control accuracy can reach 200 ℃± 1 ℃. It is equipped with a digital timing device, and users can adjust the timing time arbitrarily within a week. Stainless steel light shielding and dust cover, using test tubes without sealing, convenient and fast experimental operation. Traditional constant temperature water tank test tubes must be sealed, otherwise water vapor or water droplets will enter the test tubes and cause contamination. Sealing each test tube one by one is troublesome and time-consuming, and it also affects the experimental effect.
2、 Usage of digital intelligent temperature controller: Set temperature: Press the SET button to set or view the temperature setting point. Press the SET key and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, and press the ▽ key to decrease the set value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key to quickly change the data. When the desired temperature is reached, press the SET key again to return to the normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.
3、 The following parameters have been debugged at the factory and will be adjusted if they cannot meet the requirements. Press SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner parameter setting state of the instrument. E: This parameter is the advance amount for stopping heating when P=0. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument operates in intelligent PID mode, and when P is not equal to 0, the E parameter is meaningless. P: For the proportional band, that is, the proportional control value, the instrument set value is the center P value distributed on both sides of the set point, and the instrument works in PID mode within the P value range. T: For the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value has good control effect, but a too small T value will reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds. To simplify the operation, the integration and differentiation time of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with their values set as automatic default values. Error correction: When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. The first parameter that appears and flashes is E00, which is the advance quantity. Press the SET key again to display and flash the parameter, which is the error correction parameter. Use the △ or ▽ keys to modify this parameter. The range of error correction is around -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃. After the correction is completed, press the SET button to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.
